How long does it take to process my order?

Each order is made and packaged with love (and maybe a little caffeine). 🧲☕
Processing usually takes 2-3 business days before your magnets are on their way. During launches or busy seasons, it might take a smidge longer — but promise, they’re worth the wait!

How does shipping work?

Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking info so you can follow your magnets’ journey home.
We ship via USPS, and delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping right now.

Why do you sell sets of 9?

Ah, the famous nine! Each Magnet Moments set includes 9 magnets because it’s the perfect balance of style, variety, and value. 
Nine gives you enough to play, mix, match, and tell a story — and (fun fact) they look super satisfying in a little 3x3 grid. 

Finally, printing 9 magnets per page lets us cut down as much as possible on waste. Basically, nine’s our lucky number.

Can I order a different quantity?

Right now, we’re sticking to our signature sets of nine to keep things consistent and cohesive.
BUT — we're looking at creating different quantity sets in the near future so stay tuned!

Are the magnets strong enough to hold photos or notes?

Yes! Each magnet is small but mighty — strong enough to hold a photo, note, or even that takeout menu you keep reaching for.
That said, they’re meant for everyday use — not industrial strength stuff — so while they’ll keep your fridge cute and organized, maybe don’t try holding up your novel manuscript just yet.
